Grand Space Opera - The Unknown

Here is my entry for the Grand Space Opera Artstation Challenge which ended up at the nr 1 spot for the contest.

The main purpose of this scene was to restrict my color-range, I decided to go with red and orange.

It was a part of a personal challenge to see if I could make engaging art with that kind of limitation. My main inspirations were: John Harris Art, No Man's Sky and Mass Effect.
